Planning and maintaining weekly club meetings.

Creating weekly presentations to go over progress, sprint expectations and meeting expectations.
Learned how to organize team fundrasing and club purchases.
Lead QA team to make sure builds got played weekly and had helpful feedback.

When people leave a project that is okay and not a personal attack on myself and how a project is being run.
Helping produce a large scale project allows me to see the interconnections of all the groups and how important it is to be a flow of information for everyone. It also made me see that even if I am not a team director for design, art or programming I can still actively listen and participate in meetings and conversations.
Crunch will happen when the scope creeps on a project. Although scope creep is not idle it must be worked through and dealt with. Scope creep means cuts but still making a great project.
