Maintained and managed daily stand ups and one on ones to keep track of task progression.
Managed submission reviews and completed functionality reviews for design and art submissions to the project.
Created roadmaps and major new feature charts to inform the team and marketing on the projects progression.
Held meetings with stakeholders while taking their feedback and implementing back into the schedule/game.
Managed weekly bug reports and logging them into the backlog to be addressed in future sprints.
Reviewed Dev Journals and fact checked marketing materials before they went live.
Watched over the initial release of the game into Early Access and gathering feedback from stakeholders and the game's community
Completed patches after release and planning/managing future updates for the game off of community sentiment.
Actively tracked the team's Story Points for each sprint making sure that we stayed on target for our projects updates.
Consistently quality checked the product before pushing builds to QA, MVPs, Preview and Live ensuring the best product was given for testing and active players.
I was able to be one of the sole Producers on this project. I was exposed to a lot of the changes a project may encounter. This project has grown so much from its first initial idea and I learned a lot about shifts within a project and reprioritizations.
Community is just as important as the Development teams ideas. Our team have been extremely involved in feature wishlists from the community and its been interesting to implement new feature requests into our schedule and see the community's reactions.
It is important to be in sync with marketing and hit those marketing beats. As this project as grown I have gotten to work much closer with the marketing team. Understanding how important marketing's job is has made me be more on top of marketing deadlines to ensure all materials are properly delivered.
