Making a team without any guidance is hard but fun work. Overall ended up being a really good and helpful experience for the team and overall project.
Playtesting keyboard and controller for one game isn't easy and was an interesting challenge we all overcame. It was fun to all fail but learn the controls together.
When the main project gave QA testing scenes for a few weeks in a row there should of been something else the team could of done. This allowed for me to reflect and grow the QA team and the work that they do moving forward. I was able to establish the QA team to create their own prototypes so that the main project for the upcoming semester can be their idea. This also allows for a perfect flow of projects for the future of the organization.
