Stoma VR is a Virtual Reality Simulation that allows medical students and professionals to be trained and tested on stoma patients in a safe environment. Medical players will encounter everyday and emergency visits focusing on laryngectomies and tracheostomies. Stoma VR also was awarded a $1.2 million grant from the National Cancer Institute due to the team's successful prototype.

- Planning and maintaining weekly SCRUM meetings with the team.
- Sprint planning with Jira and Google Suites.
- Watching over weekly budget by making sure team members didn't go over the allotted hours given.
- Documenting our client's weekly feedback to plan for new sprints.
- Initiated one-on-ones and internal team converstations to make sure the project progress was on track and no one had any roadblocks.
- Developing discipline documentation for future teams.
- Organized in person playtesting sessions with client and development team.

- Making good relationships with clients is just as important as making the game good and staying on schedule. We were able to bond very close to the client and even have client assistance with MOCAP and outsourcing voice acting. The project became very enjoyable to maintain and meet with clients.
- Over scoping can happen and taking quick action is important. Delegating time to scope high priority tasks is more important than rushing new tasks/systems.
- Managing preproduction projects allows for flexibility but that should not allow projects to not meet milestone goals.
- Motivation and team moral should always be paid attention to. As a producer you must make sure no one is overworking themselves. It is good to approach someone and tell them to stop their work and focus on a healthy work life balance so they do not burnout.
